Pferdehof Heinzelberg is a horse farm above Betzigau in the Allgäu region. The horses are kept in open stables (Offenstall) in herds, with groups of 8 to 10 horses living together. Each group has a lying area bedded with forest floor and a paddock that is partly paved, so the horses can eat dry in winter. In summer the horses can move between pasture and paddock day and night when the weather allows. The website also advertises riding courses.
