Hof Tietjen is a leisure-riding yard at Lilienthal, just north-east of Bremen. Horses are kept either in a herd-based open stable or in boxes with daily turnout, and the yard puts animal welfare at the centre of how it is run. Facilities include a 20 x 60 m indoor school and several outdoor riding areas, with hacking straight from the yard. Certified instructors give lessons, and riding shares and training places are available. The farm also lets two holiday apartments, Eiche and Linde, for riding holidays on site.
