AC Mediation Équine offers equine-assisted mediation sessions for people in emotionally or socially difficult periods. The work uses the relationship between the person and the horse to support emotional expression, confidence and social skills. Sessions are held on foot or at liberty with the team of horses and ponies, so no riding skills are needed. Sessions can be one-off or regular, and the practice welcomes people from age 5 upward, including children, adolescents and adults in vulnerable situations.
