Ich własnymi słowami.
AH Coaching offers horse coaching and life coaching with its own Icelandic horses for children, young people and adults. Sessions use the horse as a mirror to work on self-confidence, stress, emotions and personal development, usually without riding. It also runs team coaching and teambuilding workshops with and without horses. Introductions to the Icelandic horses, including a ride for experienced riders, are available.
