Ich własnymi słowami.
Dream Equine Wellness offers equine facilitated psychotherapy and mental health counseling. Sessions use the bond between people and horses to create a safe, compassionate space for communication and therapeutic connection. The practice works with individuals, families, and communities, including children, adults, and families facing trauma, depression, and anxiety. The therapy takes place in a calm, non-judgmental setting in nature, with horses and ponies as partners in the sessions.
