Empowering Strides is a non-profit organization that provides therapeutic horsemanship to neurodivergent individuals with behavioral, emotional and cognitive challenges. Its programs include therapeutic horsemanship, riding lessons and hippotherapy, with much of the work done on the ground as well as in the saddle. Certified PATH instructors lead classes, supported by trained volunteers who work beside each rider. The program focuses on communication, teamwork, responsibility and self-awareness, alongside riding and horse skills.
