Gesundes Pferd is a mobile equine therapy practice run by Susanne Helmert, travelling to yards across the Elbe-Weser region of northern Germany. Treatments combine equine osteopathy, acupuncture based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and laser therapy, including laser acupuncture. Sensor-based gait analysis is used to trace movement problems back to their cause rather than treating symptoms alone. Functional groundwork training is offered as a follow-up so that horses keep the mobility and balance the treatment restores.
