Horse Reflection runs leadership and coaching trainings in which participants work directly with horses. The approach is based on the idea that horses respond honestly to body language and give direct feedback on how a person comes across. Sessions cover non-verbal communication, making contact, and giving clear instructions. Groups are limited to a maximum of seven people, and no prior experience with horses is needed. Trainings can be a single day part or part of a longer coaching programme.
