Ich własnymi słowami.
Nadine Heinz offers horse-assisted coaching for people, using horses as co-coaches. The website explains that the horse mirrors the client's feelings, behaviour, thoughts and mood without judgement, helping clients get to the core of their issue. The coach works as a neutral feedback giver and process adviser, supporting clients in finding and implementing their own solutions. Sessions combine individual problem-solving support with personal advice and accompaniment.
