Personal Ponies Florida provides therapeutic services for special needs children in Florida using miniature ponies. Since 2005 it has offered these services free of charge, mainly in the South Florida area. Children take part in tasks such as grooming, handling, stall maintenance and feeding the pony. The programs also serve veterans and the wider community. The organisation is funded entirely by donations and runs with an all-volunteer staff.
