Ich własnymi słowami.
The business offers horse-assisted coaching and leadership training. Its seminars are aimed at private individuals and at managers or employers who want to improve how they lead and work with staff. The horses act as training partners, and their natural herd hierarchy is used so participants can experience leadership situations. Participants receive honest feedback from the horses and reflect on what effective leadership involves.
