Stable Minds Equine Assisted Psychology offers evidence-based psychological support for children, adolescents, adults and families. Sessions combine room-based therapy with experiences involving horses and ponies, held indoors or outdoors in a bushland setting. All experiences with the horses are ground-based, and no prior experience with horses is necessary. The practice was founded in 2023 and works with clients on goals such as grief, anxiety, trauma and low confidence.
