Group sessions such as HorseMeditation and ToBeWithHorses workshops take place with the herd, and individual HorseGuidance sessions bring the horses into one-to-one coaching. A ToBeAFriend sponsorship pairs participants regularly with one of the horses or cows for care and time together. A three-day HorseTimeOut program on the farm in the Ostallgäu combines individual horse time, guidance and walks.
