Freizeitreiterhof Sparringa is a family-run leisure-riding farm at Logaerfeld near Leer in East Frisia, worked by the fourth generation of the Sparringa family. Horses live in generous boxes or in open stabling, with daily paddock and pasture turnout as standard, and the yard is open to every breed and every riding style. Tuition is delivered together with the affiliated club Pferdefreunde Logaerfeld and ranges from children's courses to dressage and jumping lessons for beginners and advanced riders. Relaxed hacks through the surrounding countryside are offered alongside the lessons. Goats, sheep, chickens, pigeons, rabbits, dogs and a donkey share the yard with the horses.
